- Sunday @ 11 AM (Mahon Park Bleachers - 16th and Jones)

Evenings:

- Tuesday & Thursday 6:15 PM (Mahon Park Bleachers - 16th and Jones)

Cost:
- 1st Class is FREE
- Drop-in: $ 15/class
- 6 Packs: $ 75
- 12 Packs: $ 150
