Active Horizons Fitness and Coaching began in 2009 by fitness professional Blair Polychronopoulos.






Biography:

Blair Polychronopoulos has been a certified fitness professional since 2003. Registered as a BCRPA Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and Weight Training Specialist, Blair can help you set and reach your personal fitness and health goals. Over the years, Blair has worked with a number of different facilities and has experienced many different styles of fitness training. She combines many different exercise techniques to create a new fusion style of fitness to help you explore your Active Horizons.


Philosophy:

“Exercise is about having the ability to live life to its fullest, and not just about weight loss management. It is about feeling good, having energy and being able to enjoy all activities at any age or fitness level.”

Personal Style:

Blair customizes all fitness programs to the each client’s requirements. She teaches a range of disciplines such as:
• Cardio training
• Strength and core training
• Stretching and yoga infused techniques
• Team & sport specific training
• Boot Camp Circuits
• Athletic event preparation (races of all types)

Blair also offers Health and Wellness Information Seminars ranging in topics that can be personalized to your needs or to the needs of your organization. She also provides nutrition coaching and support.

Blair maintains an active lifestyle by participating in a range of team sports, such as hockey, soccer and snowboarding, in addition to other personal activities, such as dancing and weight room cross-training.
