Personal training (one-on-one)

Personal fitness training to suite your personal needs and goals.  Offered in a number of different environments, training can take place at your home, in a gym or outside.  Training is offered to people of all ages and fitness levels.  Blair blends many different components of exercise for training in general health & fitness training, sports specific training, timeline-specific event preparation, and yoga-infused stretch training. 


Group Training (two to three people)

Share your fitness experience with a group of your friends or family.  Personal group training is a great way to stay motivated and accountable to your fitness routine.  Blair works with groups of all levels and disciplines.  It is important to look and feel your best, so get a group together and inspire those around you.


Large Group (four or more people)
Large Group training has motivational energy that is hard to beat.  Sometimes it helps to have others working hard around you, to realize your full potential.  Get a group together and get moving; whether it is your friends, your colleagues or your community, you will all begin to look and feel great, together!!!


Team training (four or more people)
Exercise and motion is specific to every sport, but cross training is as important as playing the sport itself.  Cross training can both prevent injury and improve athletic strength.  Blair specializes in athletic training of all types ranging from hockey, to soccer, to swimming, to rowing and many more. 


Health and Wellness Information Sessions
Are you involved with a health conscious organization?  Would your employees, colleagues or peers be interested in learning about health, fitness or wellbeing?  Information sessions are a great way to stay informed and ensure that you are doing the right things.  Topics are personalized, but can include Tips for Healthy Eating, Core and Posture, Stretching for life and work, Setting SMART goals, and much more.


Wedding Packages
Want to look radiant for your special day?  What about the rest of your wedding party?  Is the stress of planning a wedding getting to you?  If you’re looking to get into shape for your wedding day, hiring a personal trainer is a great way to get the motivation you need to get the results you want in the limited time you have.  Training is offered for the bride-to-be, the two love birds together or the entire wedding party.  After all, it is YOUR special day!


Couples Training
Exercise is much better when you do it together!  Add some spice to your life with couples training, a fun and active way to spend some time together.  Make a date out of it and get fit together. Not only will you improve your fitness & health, but you will have someone you love to share it with.


Teen and Family Training
