Super Step:
Saturdays, 8:15-9:30 AM at JBCC (North Vancouver Recreation Commission – Lower Londale 1st Street)

Stretch Fusion:
Saturdays, 10:40-11:40 AM at JBCC (North Vancouver Recreation Commission- Lower Lonsdale 1st Street)

Boot Camp:
Wednesdays, 6:15-7:45 PM at Parkgate Community Centre (Deep Cove- Mount Seymour Road)

Double Feature (Step and Cardio Box):
Tuesdays, 6:00-7:00 PM at West Vancouver Community Centre (Marine Drive)
