Blair blends many different components of exercise for training in general health & fitness training, sports specific training, timeline-specific event preparation, and yoga-infused stretch training.

Small Group Training (2 - 3 people):

Share your fitness experience with a group of your friends or family. Personal group training is a great way to stay motivated and accountable to your fitness routine. Blair works with groups of all levels and disciplines. It is important to look and feel your best, so get a group together and inspire those around you.

Bootcamp Sessions:

Do you feel like you don’t have time to exercise? Circuit training is the most effective, time saving exercise technique out there. This type of class is great for all ages and fitness types, because you can make it as hard or as easy as you need. Bring a friend and make it a workout party! Team or Specialty Group training (four or more people):

Large Group training has motivational energy that is hard to beat. Sometimes it helps to have others working hard around you to realize your full potential. Get a group together and get moving; you will begin to look and feel great, together!!!

With Team Training, exercise and motion is specific to every sport, but cross training is as important as playing the sport itself. Cross training can both prevent injury and improve athletic strength. Blair specializes in athletic training of all types ranging from hockey, to soccer, to swimming, to rowing and many more.
